Assistant Project Forester

Brock earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in 2013 with a minor in wildlife.  He is a member of the Society of American Foresters, a cooperating forester and Certified Plan Writer for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and is FISTA–SFI certified.

Brock’s responsibilities as an Assistant Project Forester include all aspects of timber sale setup and administration on a variety of timber types and ownerships. He also oversees planting crews and performs plantation survival surveys. Brock assists on inventory projects nationwide and forestry Best Management Practice (BMP) monitoring projects in Michigan and Minnesota.

In his free time, Brock enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, and relaxing at the cabin.
