Our Roots
Founded in 1957 by Ed Steigerwaldt Sr., Steigerwaldt began as a small forestry consulting firm in Wisconsin, with a goal of offering superior land management services. With Ed Steigerwaldt Jr. joining the team in 1970, it became Ed Steigerwaldt & Son, and they continued to grow as a family business.
Now proudly woman-owned and led by third-generation CEO Lee Ann Steigerwaldt, we've grown into a nationally recognized land and resource management company - serving clients across the U.S. and Canada with the same integrity that defined our beginnings.
