Successful negotiation and acquisition requires competency, efficiency, understanding of the project’s mission, and consideration for all parties involved. With over 4,000 parcel acquisitions completed since 1990, Steigerwaldt Land Services knows what it means to keep right-of-way projects running smoothly. Our licensed staff handle a full range of services, all the way through condemnation, if necessary.

Project kickoff

We attend and participate in the public hearings and informational meetings that give landowners an overview of the project. Our knowledgeable and personable staff also meet with landowners one-on-one at their property to more fully discuss the project and answer their questions.

Follow through

We compile all the necessary documentation to proceed with acquisition, including conveyance documents. In addition, we keep detailed and accurate field diaries and offer relocation assistance when needed.

Tracking

Our state-of-the-art database allows us to efficiently and accurately track projects of any size from start to finish. We can customize to fit client needs and integrate with GIS.

Trainings and presentations

Our half-day or full-day trainings give project stakeholders the information necessary to move forward. We also offer presentations on a variety of topics and can tailor talks to your needs.
