GIS Specialist: Projects include a forestry products logistics application for a three-state region, E911 system integration and updates, emergency atlases, Lake Superior Shoreline recession rate analysis, the Lake Superior Public Access Study, comprehensive planning, transportation planning, and recreation planning for various federal, state, and local government agencies.

GIS Programmer and Analyst: Programmed custom python, visual basic, and arc objects scripts and tools to assist in the production of the Lake Superior shoreline recession analysis. Created an enhanced 911 system using ArcGIS 9.3 for Dickinson County, Michigan. Setup and custom programming of several GIS web servers using AcrGIS Server, GeoMOOSE, and MapServer platforms.

Database Programmer/Web Application Developer: Created custom MySQL and Access databases and interfaces for use in Microsoft Access and internet/cloud applications. Current development of a forestry timber sale database, appraisal database, and a public works assessment and maintenance tracking system.

System and Database Administrator: Responsible for hardware, software, and database installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for PC, Mac, and Linux platforms.

Software and Hardware Training: Experienced in the development and classroom instruction of GIS and GPS courses. Conducts customized ArcGIS training to a variety of end users.
